Toby Brazier and his Sextet feature some of the UK’s finest young jazz musicians. Based in Leeds and Bradford the sextet performs regularly in the loal jazz scene (when not in lockdown!) performing original jazz/fusion compositions and modern jazz standards arranged and composed by Toby.

Their new album “Crisis Point” expresses the feelings and images of the seemingly chaotic and volatile world around us whilst containing elements of hope, peace and a different way of thinking about the earth and our place on it. All the songs reflect different parts, events and feelings of Toby’s life up until now; especially with his song ‘Ballad for Dad’, which was written for his late father, Ian Brazier. It was recorded on the 28th February 2020, just before lockdown and the Coronavirus pandemic changed the world.
