CONSERVATOIRE JAZZ COLLECTION (part 1)

Take your chance to get ahead of the latest trends in jazz by coming to hear the up-and-coming stars of the jazz scene! Typically, these gigs are an opportunity for final year jazz students to practice their immanent final recitals in a friendly public setting.

The genres and ensembles are extremely varied, and we’ll promise you two different bands performing 40-minute sets of original music, or contemporary jazz, or genre-specific jazz at each of our Collection events. The music could be a traditional bebop saxophone-led quartet, or a free jazz sextet, or a vocal trio singing reimaginations of modern pop songs – who knows?!
